assistingpartybtoprocessimportcustomsdeclarationforthemachineryandequipmentcontri butedbypartybasinvestmentandarrangingthetransportationwithinthechineseterritory;

assistingthecooperativeventurecompanyinpurchasingorleasingequipment,materials,rawmaterials,articlesforofficeuse,meansoftransportationandcommunicationfacilitiesetc.;
