论变相体罚及其法律责任

摘要：变相体罚问题应当引起我们的高度重视。本文探讨了变相体罚的内涵，分析了变相体罚的特征，并对变相体罚问题作了类型化研究，再次基础上分析了变相体罚的危害性，并对变相体罚的法律责任问题作了分析，对于促进依法治教的进程，规范教师的教育行为，保护学生的合法权益并促进学生的健康成长，是有重要意义的。
